Miss Clovis is a representative of the Miss California/Miss America Organization and through local, state and corporate donors; the Miss California program offers educational advancement by giving of educational and in-kind scholarships to its contestants annually. As the winner of the local title, Jillian will represent Clovis at the Saroyan Theater in Fresno for the title of Miss California, and a chance to compete in September for the title of Miss America in Atlantic City.
